Lives and works in California.
Photographer, filmmaker, scriptwriter and actor. Jonze began
his career as a contributing photographer for magazines such
as Freestylin and BMX Action. Along with collaborators Andy
Jenkins and Mark Lewman, Jonze edited Dirt magazine. He has
since directed music videos for Beastie Boys, Bjork, Sonic Youth
and Weezer, among many others, and filmed television commercials
for clients including Nike, Adidas, Snapple and Nintendo. He’s
also a partner in the skateboard company, Girl Skateboards.
Jonze has directed 'Being John Malkovich' (1999), 'Adaptation'
(2002) and 'Fully flared' (2007). |
